OUR PHILOSOPHY
Your Central Space for Mental Health and Wellbeing
ReGen Health Hub was established March 2025 and was located at Drayton Medical Centre. ReGen has since expanded to four other locations.
ReGen Psychology aims to provide a regional/rural focus, currently offering services in five locations; Toowoomba, Westbrook, Allora, Gatton and Withcott. While being based in a regional town (Toowoomba) ReGen’s intention is to outreach/travel to other rural communities across the region (ReGen) as resources allow. This focus endeavours to offer a professional service to assist clients despite community limitations by empowering clients through therapy and promoting skill development.
Our Purpose
At ReGen Health Hub, our purpose is for a team of professionals to support the whole person—mind, body, and soul. We believe true wellbeing goes beyond treating symptoms; it’s about creating space for healing, growth, and meaningful connection. We have created an inviting space to reflect the nurturing values of warmth and clarity, evoking a sense of trust, care and quiet professionalism at ReGen Health Hub. Through compassionate, client-centred care, we’re here to walk alongside you—helping you feel grounded, empowered, and more yourself again.
Our Aim
At ReGen Health Hub, our aim is to create an inviting grounded experience to restore balance and wellbeing to the whole person—mind, body, and soul— through professional, compassionate care. We aim to meet people where they are, offering support across all seasons of life by addressing mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing with integrity, empathy, and individualised attention. This holistic approach recognises when there are imbalances in one area this can affect other areas therefore well being of the whole person requires a comprehensive approach to care. We offer support for you to better understand your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours— and tools to navigate life with more clarity and confidence.
